Our ESOL faculty tutors specialize in working with international and multilingual undergraduate and graduate students to provide one-on-one support for all your course writing. You can work with the tutors at any stage in your paper writing process. Along with individualized help with your writing, the ESOL tutors can provide feedback and guidance for documenting sources, oral presentation practice, pronunciation and conversation enrichment. Fall Hours Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m ./2:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m. Set Up Your Account Click on First Visit? Register for Account link in the sign-in box to set up your account. Schedule Online Appointments After logging in, you'll see the weekly schedule. Click on any white box (= available appointment) on the day and time(s) you want to meet. Meet for Appointments Login to WCOnline bentleyesol.mywconline.net several minutes before your tutorial meeting starts. Click on your reserved tutorial time. Click the “ Start or Join Online Consultation ” -This is the red link for entering your meeting. Share OR Upload a Paper Click on the two arrow icon at the top right screen corner OR Copy and paste your paper in the page box. The ESOL tutor will join your meeting soon after you enter. There may be a momentary delay if the tutor is coming from a previous appointment. You can relay any messages to the tutor using the chat box. If you have connectivity issues, the tutor can offer a Zoom link alternative in the chat box. Appointment Lengths Make 30- and 60-minute appointments for writing and/or reading focus. Make a 30-minute appointment for oral presentation, pronunciation and conversation fluency work. Make up to 2 hours of appointments per week/ (1 hour allotted per day) Reservation & Cancellation Policy You can make appointments up to two weeks in advance.
